By downloading or using Word Trace ("the App"), you agree to these terms. The App is licensed to you under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The App is free to download and includes 3 trial levels. After the trial, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited play with thousands of levels. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms.
All word puzzles, levels, and game content are provided for entertainment purposes. The App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any word lists.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cherry Pickles shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
